BHAJAN’s Counter-Flow Cooler solutions ensure the correct temperature of pellets prior to storage.
The Counter Flow Cooler is suitable for optimum cooling of the pellets coming out from the Pellet mill. It prepares the pellets optimally for storage and is one of the cleanest solutions due its discharge system.
After the pelleting process, hot pellets along with moisture & heat enters the Counter Flow cooler. It inhales the atmospheric air inside its body and exhales the hot air along with the dust particles. The circulation of air is mantained by the HP Fan. The tiny particles and dust etc.is collected with the help of cyclone attached to the exhalation of Cooler. It keeps the binding strength of pellet strong & improves its quality.
